You’re not alone

We see a person with a knife in their head. This knife represents mental illness as is written on the blade. We see another person walk by with a knife in their head as well, saying you're not alone. During the pandemic, teenagers and others alike have seen an increase in mental health issues. The problem with this is that sometimes, this is still a topic that not many people like to address and it is a difficult thing to talk about. I myself have struggled with severe depression for almost four years now, but I am one of the lucky people with a lovely support system, and I realize that for some this is not the case. It is therefore my wish for the future that those who struggle with mental health issues, know they are not alone, and that there is always some help available for them.
