No barriers in communication
We should a language which all of us can communicate without any barriers. If there 10 people all from different countries and one is speech impaired. By using English , 9 of them will communicate with each other. One of them will be excluded. Whereas, if all of them could know how to use sign language, 10 people would be able to communicate. If someone is speech impaired, it is impossible to speak English, but those English speakers could always learn sign language.
